System Warranty and Maintenance

Our Lighting Systems are Guaranteed for Life providing that they are maintained properly. 

Our Copper and Brass fixtures are warrantied from the manufacturer for a minimum of 15 years for copper and lifetime warranty for brass.

These warranties covers all parts and components with the exception of bulbs.* 

Our Transformers have a lifetime warranty for repair or replacement. This manufacturer's warranty covers all parts with the exception of the timer and photo-cell. Elegant Outdoor Lighting gives you a lifetime labor warranty on our transformers*

All lighting bulbs installed by Elegant Outdoor Lighting have a one year warranty with normal use (dusk to midnight).*

* Fixtures: Fixture warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse. 

* Transformer: The warranty does not cover lighting strikes, acts of God, any problem caused by home electrical issues or service calls to reset circuit breakers or GFCIs. These repairs subject to charge. If anyone other than qualified Elegant Outdoor Lighting personnel accesses the transformers for any reason other than timer adjustment, the labor portion of the warranty is void. 

* Bulb warranty only applies when replacement service is performed by qualified Elegant Outdoor Lighting personnel. If anyone replaces the bulbs or services the system, the bulb warranty is voided. 

NOTE: Use of incorrect bulbs can cause damage to the lighting system and can void your entire warranty. 

NOTE: If you are going to replace bulbs, only use halogen bulbs of the same type and wattage as original bulbs.

Scott Sissom, the owner of Elegant Outdoor Lighting, has been serving homeowners for over 15 years.  He has recently started the lighting division after running a successful landscape construction company for several years. His hands-on approach and passion for lighting drives him to constantly learn about  new techniques and new technology.
